Robin Miner-Swartz official SQUARE.png

Hello,

I'm Robin Miner-Swartz.

I'm an editor, storyteller, community connector, and lifelong word nerd who brings curiosity and heart to everything I do.

Merging more than two decades of experience in journalism, community philanthropy and nonprofit communications, I work with nonprofits, higher ed, foundations, small businesses and government agencies to tell compelling stories.

My background as a newsroom copy editor and reporter means I’m as comfortable working with content about communities and culture as I am about science and education.

As a strategic planning facilitator, I pose the challenging questions that are hard for you and your team to ask yourselves, and I’ll make sure you enjoy the process and implement the results.

I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in film studies from Michigan State University. I’m an AP style fan and two-time “Jeopardy!” champion. When I'm not writing, editing or advocating for causes I care about, I'm probably cheering for the MSU women's basketball team with my wife or singing along with the "Hamilton" soundtrack.

Alex Trebek said he would have liked to be my parent when I was a 4-year-old bar trivia prodigy.
